1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, and invoices intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Do not ship the product until you receive confirmation from us.

3. Return Shipping

Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
